Landlord / Tenant Law:
Fees for Eviction Representation 2006
Attorney Fee: $600.00 (discount for CCRA members and new management companies)
Filing Fee: $157.00
We begin the process by paying a partial filing fee of $45.00 and only pay the additional $112.00, if the tenant files a response/answer
Service Fee: $30.00 (unless outside Vancouver)
Writ Fee: $20.00 (paid after Judgment Order is entered)
Sheriff’s Fee: Varies – normally $30.00 – $60.00
Sheriff will go to the property twice. Once to post the “move-out” notice and once for the actual move-out
